These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your enrollment in the Stock Smart training program ("Course"). By using this website or enrolling in the Course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or enroll in the Course.

1. About the Course

Stock Smart is a 3-month, live, instructor-led educational training program covering technical analysis, risk management, and trading psychology, delivered through live online sessions, recordings, and a peer community.

2. Not Investment Advice

Stock Smart is an educational program only. Nothing on this website, in our live classes, recordings, or community should be understood as investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a guarantee of profit. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker, or portfolio manager, and we do not manage funds on behalf of students.

Trading and investing in securities markets carries risk, including the risk of loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Past performance, testimonials, or example trades shown during the Course are for illustration only and do not guarantee similar results.

3. Enrollment & Fees

• The total course fee is ₹50,000 for the full 3-month program, unless a different offer is communicated to you in writing.
• Your seat is confirmed only after full or agreed installment payment is received, as communicated by our team.
• Course batch dates, timings, and instructors may be adjusted; we will make reasonable efforts to inform enrolled students in advance of any change.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• If you cancel before the course batch begins, you may request a refund by writing to us at info@stocksmart.co.in; reasonable administrative charges may apply.
• Once live classes have begun, fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion in genuine cases of hardship.
• We do not guarantee that requests made after the course has concluded will be eligible for any refund.

For a refund request, contact us with your name, registered phone number, and reason for the request, and our team will respond within a reasonable time.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when filling in the enrollment form
• Use the live class links, recordings, and community access for your personal learning only
• Not share your access, recordings, or course materials with anyone who has not enrolled
• Engage respectfully with instructors and fellow students in live sessions and the community group

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, curriculum documents, and this website's content are the property of Stock Smart and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stock Smart and its instructors will not be liable for any trading losses, financial losses, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Course, this website, or any information provided as part of the Course.

8. Changes to the Course or These Terms

We may update these Terms, the curriculum, or how the Course is delivered from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of this website or the Course after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Course will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
